[Tribe] Video Logs

In my tribe, sometimes people play inappropriate videos.
Just like earlier.

So we can prevent this from happening, we should have logs of what videos have been played,
and who played them, kind of like how it's done in the music rooms.

When we find out who did it, we can warn/kick/derank them.

So, do you /support or /no support? Do you think this can help tribes?
