I have a suggestion for Vote Kick
If someone gets voted a lot, mods are able to see the chat/gameplay so they can see the reason why they got voted.
If they have a good reason, they get kicked.
If it doesn't make sense or seems silly, they won't.
Good reason: Insulting other players
Bad reason: Walljumping on ice that got its friction changed by the map maker
