Recently I realized (quite slowpoke lol) what's the point of the cyan bar, localized in Skills* option, over the skills trees if you can't see the percentage, or experience obtained, till your next level?. So that's my suggestion; add a little window, could be like skill description one, that will appear only by hovering over.
I know, can be an useless thing but can complement the Skills option itself.

True. But with this window you could see it whenever you want instead of going to the hole, being shaman. Also, as I said, It would be a 'utility' to that cyan bar Ihmo

I've always wondered myself why you can't view your level progress/experience in the skills menu.

I find the time length of the little bar you get to see after you enter the hole is just too short.
