I very liked Christmas Earmuffs when they were released in 2011, and wear it ever since. However, eventually I found out that they were not designed for use with any of the hats or hairstyles, and even some furs.

As you can see, the part that should connect to invisible earmuff on the back is actually visible and overlays the hair.
I'd like to change that, but I think it will be hard to be encoded: the item sprite should be broken in two: foreground and background; and for each part there should be each own place in show order. And that will probably require each [ear] item to have two sprites (empty images). So it'll be quite a work, especially when devs are now busy with weekly events.
However, I may be mistaken, and if it can be relatively easily realized, then I request it.

Also, not sure if that should go into "Bugs" section — I didn't find an "item bugs" category in bug list there.

It a small tid bit but meh.
