With the new hug and high-five actions, there are too many action buttons to fit all at once on screen, so there's a little plus button to see more. It is kind of inconvenient to click the plus and then the action, especially since they're new and everyone is using them a lot. There will likely be more actions coming in the future as well, so the list under the plus button can get quite long and ugly.

If tfm doesn't want to expand the space for action buttons, then I suggest allowing mice to move the actions they use most onto the screen and the lesser used ones into the plus menu. So everyone can build their own actions panel according to personal preferences.
