The point of this suggestion is to have separate rooms for survivors(and equal amount at least).And what do i mean by that?Many want totems removed but many others want it to stay. I think for survivors there should be a totem and totem free rooms. This will reduce fights and 'stress'. If you enter a totem free survivor room and try to spawn a totem, it won't work(A message will pop up saying you can't spawn a totem in this room because its Totem free). As for a non totem free, it will work (Its players option to spawn a totem in the non totem free room though).
What about meep? Shamans get to choose whether they want to use meep or not. A button will pop up and give you 10-20 seconds to answer if you want to use meep or not. If you don't answer, it will skip to the next person(you instantly mort). People don't have to wait for a afk shaman and not get their points.
What if im hosting a survivor room? You get to choose whether it should be totem free or not.

There is a minigame called #survive where shamans can't spawn totems and meep either. I think since it's a minigame you wouldn't get survivor stats, so only in that aspect your suggestion would be different from what already exists. And shamans do get to choose whether they want to use meep or not, just don't press the spacebar.

Some people accidently press space bar or want to trick people into jumping so they can attack them easier. That's why I said a button. If they click no, the meep bar won't appear and you can do invisibles cannoning and building
