Rushers are players that make an effort and take risks for reward. If you don't want to put the effort in, you will not get rewarded for it. This is why stat-padders get a lower firsts ratio in reality even when their profile seems to show it as high; they don't put in any effort and don't take risks.

I find it annoying when shamans "troll rushers" because I have an expectation that the shaman is going to help the mice [even if the game is considered to be a troll game by the devs] but I think the hate on these players is the community's fault. When a shaman trolls me apparently there's something wrong with me even though I was never part of any conflict and the only way for me to keep up with the other mice and have a chance of reward is to rush with them. The middle-level rushers [that consider themselves pro] abuse the shaman when they can't build so there's this war between shamans and rushers caused by all the rude and toxic members of the tfm community.

I also get annoyed by mice who abuse the rushers and tell them to stay behind and call them selfish for rushing. The mice will not wait; there are players that want to get rewarded and also players that want to have fun, so don't abuse others for playing differently or not knowing how to play as well
