If that mod didn't take action, you can shut him out of the room with /ban until a mod takes action.

ban room need some votes, plus a hacker doesnt rly care about the room, he will hackin somewhere else

Report doesn't usually work. Whisper a mod personally, it always works for me.(unless they have their wispers disabled, COUGH makinit COUGH)

/report does work, you need to have two people to report for a report to go through. (You + a friend)
