Yes but you start with 100 cheese that you can spend so what is the point?

It's just a way to test the game for new people, you're meant to make an account and gather cheese and other stats if you so wish that way.

I just tried that and it let me be a brown mouse (I think?) but that's about it.

Edit: Forgot to mention that you can get cheese from the event but not from actual gathering, hah.

Update: /nosouris works now and I guess that this is intentional so not really a bug.
