When community platform goes down, it doesn't always affect every single player the exact same way. Some can still open their lists, some can't. This is still a community platform issue that you're experiencing. Just give it time, and it will reboot itself again.

It isn't "broken". Actually the community platform isn't stable. You can't see friendlist, tribe chat and whisper. All you can do is wait until the platform returns to the normal stage.

I know, I was just saying it in a 'sarcastic' way as 'everything' is broken. Don't take it seriously.

Like Ty said though, sometimes people are affected in different ways. Some users earlier didn't have icons/genders but still had tribe chat, et cetera.
