I know you get +16 points when you're in first place, +14 points when you're in second place, +12 poins when you're in third place, and +10 points when you're in any place below.

That's talking about points, though. You know, the points that define whether or not you're shaman.
Their only purpose is to let you be shaman and they reset after you've been shaman, so it doesn't really matter that much, except for maybe bragging rights for a small moment, I guess..?

Anyway, I was wondering if you get more experience points if you're in, say, first place?
Let's say you get 30 experience points when you're in 4th place. This is just an example and it's not actually how many experience points you get.
Would you get, say, 40 experience points in 3rd place, 50 in 2nd place, and 60 in 1st place, or something like that?

I'm basically just asking if there's any change in how many experience points you get depending on which place you get when entering the hole.

I'm pretty sure each mouse gets 10 points after 3rd place!
And, The points you earn contributes to your level, so they do matter (to me at least)

EXP does not depend on what place you get on the map. It depends on what level you are and how many saves you get when shaman.

Level 1 - 30
-Normal mode 3XP
-Hard/Divine mode 5XP

Level 31 - 60
-Normal mode 5XP
-Hard/Divine mode 10XP

Level >61
-Normal mode 10XP
-Hard/Divine mode 20XP

Note: 250XP for normal mode and 500XP for hard/divine mode is the maximum amount you can receive in a single shaman turn, no matter how many mice you save.

I think you gain 10 exp no matter what level you are when entering the hole outside of shamaning.
