When I press up in chat and select a command or line of text I've previously entered, the cursor stays at the start of the text, so if I do, for example, /title, then press up and want to have title 299, I type 299 and I type this:
"299/title"

Why can't the cursor come after the text instead? That'd be the logical thing to do.
