also, to do tabs &amp; stuff, you have to do this:
[ #(insert name here) ][ /#(insert name here) ]
[ #(insert name here 2) ][ /#(insert name here 2) ]
ofcourse without the spaces, so basically its just
[#][/#]
[#][/#]
but with the same name for each tab behind the hashtags
then you can do text &amp; stuff
