The gifting limit was added because of those hackers on steam that are getting infinite amount of fraises
They were giving away too many furs from the hacked fraises

I still think the 24 hours of gameplay is a lil unneeded though. I don't mind waiting 24 hours in r/l to gift stuff but 24 hours of gameplay might be a lot longer than a day or two for me. Cause of work I normally only can squeeze in about 3 to 4 hours a day o.o

Yea. Msged a mod through notes (cause whispers were turned off) and they told me 24 hours of gameplay.

Is this active gameplay were talking about or total time?

Not sure- I'm assuming 24 hours of being logged in to transformice. I mean how would they know if you're active or not while logged in?

I do recall them being able to. The /time command only counts active playtime as opposed to time spent afking in the tribe house.

Well I don't think it's 24 hours of game-play- just was able to gift 3 people an hour ago :D but it did take like 2 days for that to happen x.o Maybe it's 24 hr plus the next day? I'm really confused on the day time they have.

When was this implemented? Also yeah this wasn't necessary because why are they trying to limit the amount of money they're making :P ? I wanted to run 2 contests in one day with at least 6 winners, and I always gift stuff from the shop, so its an inconvenience really.

I think it was made on 2/26/2016. Thankfully it isn't gameplay 24 hours though. Took over 24 hours for me to be able to gift again though- unless of course I remembered the time I gifted first incorrectly which could also be a possibility.

Most people don't buy fraises before 24 hours of gameplay anyway.
If it's such a problem, just leave Transformice open while you're doing other things such as working, draining your life energy out at school, sleeping, or whatever.

I lost ALL my data and stats, along with 18 furs, to make a new account to fix a broken email because the admins wouldn't fix it... I was told I didn't have enough proof I owned the account, but I spend over $300 on it?? So I start using my old account and work it up to the 700 cheese and the 30 hours play time only to be told I can only send three gifts then I need to GRIND more play time?! I won't continue to support this game if they keep putting the limits like this. I bought frasies for the purpose TO SEND GIFTS because I love to give.. and to support the game. Why am I going to continue to support the game when they refuse to support the players?? Very angry!!!

TFM will automatically disconnect you for being inactive for too long.
And why would someone steal fraises from someone for newer accounts? If they even did steal someones fraises, they should have a record of what has been gifted and to who, so they can ban whoever took their fraises, give them their fraises back and basically un-gift whatever was gifted.
Also, unless you're gifting furs, with $20 or even $10 you can gift a ton of items, since a lot of items are only about 40-80 fraises.
I do think there should be a gifting limit, but NOT as low as 3. If anything, it should at least be 5 or 6.

Yea I mean I don't mind a gifting limit and I do agree that 3 is a little low and the 24 hours is kind of silly to. Maybe make it like 1 day instead of 24 hours (like every day at a certain time it resets).

As far as people stealing your fraisies as long as you have a good pw and don't give it out you should be fine. I believe there's something in the rules stating how you're responsible for anything that happens on your account. Even if it's been hacked.

Heres what I don't like.

Instead of actually doing something about the problem, aka the hackers, they think that by just 'limiting' the number of gifts per day we can send is gonna stop them. No they are still going to hack and whether or not they put a limit on it, its still going to happen and be unfair either way. They aren't doing anything at all to stop hackers, just doing the same thing they are doing to us. Limiting how many gifts we can send.
