Happened to me also. Pls fix

I don't use the Steam version of this game but there are other platforms to play Transformice on if you encountered this issue.

There's a standalone version of this game, and here's another made by Baffler. You could always use the Browser version too if you don't like the two standalones.

I REMEMBERED THE TIME I DOWNLOADED STEAM BUT I DELETED STEAM BC STEAM DOESNT WORK

This happens every so often in every version of the game.
Just reload the game until it works.

Did you try restarting the game?
Did you try waiting for 10-15 minutes and then restarting?
edit:Did you try let steam check the "integrity of the files"? If there is anything would with it,using that could help

Try other different methods to connect to the game as Wangan suggested.
If you're specifically trying to make it work on Steam you can try reinstalling Steam and checking it out.
