All of my customizations are gone

Logged into Transformice for the first time in a few months because I was thinking about getting back into this game, and all of my item customization's are gone. I've spent quite a bit of money on this game and had the customization unlocked on a lot of the items I own.

Is there any way that I can get a refund for these or is this just a bug that might come to pass?

My friend Akinorin has the same exact problem when he logged in after a while of not playing.

Did someone gift you the item and committed fraud? When that happens, Transformice take all the items they sent you away. It recently happened to me.

I know, I'm talking about the tongue though.. He has it worn because he owned it, but it's showing it now that he does not have it anymore, not that it's customized. For customization's though, that's another story.

Well since no one ever gave him anything and he rarely logs on, its a related story after all.
He haven't been logging on for few months, so that means it includes the time the steam bugs have been around or any fraise related issue + all of his items are either purchased from his own fraises that he bought of cheese that he gathered. He does wear the items like his tongue and the tail item. Tail item does not show on his mouse, while tongue does, in shop for some reason neither are available, and one extra item is gone, the hat with a star [officer hat I presume]. It's gone completely.

Customization have been on few of his items as I remember, and those are not available currently. We are waiting for the fix, but it seems like no one else has this problem, so I am getting worried that this might be not touched and not fixed.

I have the same problem..
I haven't logged in for a while, and I come back and all my customization options except one single item remained..

I really hope they fix this.

Well, nothing was fixed with current adventure update, hopefully they are working on it.

This is quite... unsettling

We'll be investigating this first thing in the morning tomorrow, but don't worry, we have precise logs of customization purchases so we can definitely fix it.
