So I was shaman and by B tac suddenly stopped working it worked before but when I went to go use it again wouldn't let me I pressed B so much and the red tac did not show and I'm on easy mode.

You most likely are not on easy mode. Sometimes there is a bug where if you the feather it says normal mode when u are not in normal mode . My suggestion is to see what color the feather is
Blue : Normal Mode
Yellow : Hardmode
Another thing u can do is , click the feather , click hardmode and click submit , then click the feather again and click normal mode and then click submit and see if that works.

The shaman system is kinda screwed up right now apparently, and if memory serves me right, you can only use one B on Easter maps.

I was shaman and i was able to use multiple B planks on Normal mode
