So today I logged on and received this message:

It appears that a user that gifted you some furs has been banned for fraudulent use of payment. Therefore, those furs have been removed from your account.

Naturally, I check my shop and indeed 2 furs have been removed. So I know who gifted me, it was a friend of a friend who about a month ago traded me those two furs for a fur that was no longer available for them (kings fur or something) because they didn't get it in time.

The thing that bothers me with this is that I spent my actual money, whilst they hacked for it or something, and I had my furs from the deal just taken away, thus leaving me on a minus if you get what I mean. I know nothing can be done, because it was my fault too for trusting them, but I guess I wanted to make a topic to warn others before they might be in the same situation.

tl;dr honestly kids just don't trade gifts with people you don't really know, it will most likely not end well :\

Just don't trade gifts and use the gifting system for it's original purpose.

i think they mean paying real money for fraises, you need to buy fraises to gift people.
