It should be really cute for couples of mice to be an emote for dancing in two.
Step 1: Someone presses the emote (looking as a rose)
Step 2: The one who pressed it raises the paw to it's partner.
Step 3. They start dance together if the partner presses the emote too.
Step 4: Once the dance is done, it is... done.
