So, after talking with the mod Leafe, it's been brought to my attention that notes can be used as a way to bully / harass someone.
When it's in a room, we can place a person on /ignore
When it's in whispers, we can write /silence (or /silence*)
But with drawing notes, even someone who is placed on ignore can continue to harass someone by sending them drawn notes.
Yes, sure, I know you can click on the red X before the drawing note even loads the picture, but, regardless, the fact that you can still even get drawing notes from someone that you have placed on /ignore is very troubling.

It'd be appreciated if some new coding was implemented so, once you place someone on /ignore, you cannot recieve drawn notes from them as well as no whispers.

i think a command like /notesoff or something would be a good idea yes
