i want the old thing event system, when it's halloween we have a halloween event that lasts 2 weeks, when its christmas we have a christmas event that lasts 2 weeks

A big no for this. I agree that the 1-week events may be hard to complete since people may be busy and aren't able to come in-game to complete the event in time, and now they give us 2-week events when we got used to the 1-week events which makes it boring. In this current event, there's only a new title to win which only costs 25 tickets, so that means 25 rounds should be played and we're done, and that can be done within only one week.
Now, there's another week; people can start getting the other 50 tickets by the time the next event gets added and it can be done easily since you've got the maximum amount of tickets and spend them on the new prizes. Then-- wait for another 2 weeks, which SUCKS. They should either give us more prizes to save for (title, badge, and orb), so that way those 2 weeks wouldn't be boring, OR bring back the old system (1 or more months events) with even more prizes and that cost a high number of tickets/whatever currency.

But removing events? No. I don't want to spend my time doing the same thing for a long time.

Making events a consecutive routine is just bad game design.
I would have preferred it to be what it was like in previous years, where events come up at very special occasions.
The thing is that nowadays gameplay has been getting more onto the achieving base. We have coins, EXP, Cheese, Badges to win for and it is becoming more of a game for just Achievers and Socializers.
And even if they liked it [Achievers], it is getting more stressful. We are juggling a life on work, study and just the real world in general and they have so many to challenge themselves against.
And then you neglect those that enjoys knowing new knowledge. What happened to well made Enigmas? Or giving creators for map Makers or the Module Team to get excited about and make something new? At least give these people some acknowledgement, you did not even add anything to the map editor for months or show some attention for those that volunteered to help the game.

And because probably half of the time you have to ponder about events, new items every week, using time to create low quality events instead of planning and learning carefully and making it a fruitful play or even just do something more productive like all those things you promised months ago.

As much as I know being a game dev is hard and with limited time and money it is very stressful, but if you think that distracting players by just making a daily boring routine of grinding for events will work, it won't.

I rather wait for a good update like the name change/ tutorial/ new ui/ enigma than being bombarded by events that does not let you learn anything.

The only thing I have learnt is to just grind. That is why I enjoy events with enigma, because it is something new and it let us as the players learn more of people around us and test our knowledge.

You don't have to participate in events. If you don't want to and an event map comes on, just wait for two minutes, it's not a big deal. I honestly voted no because I find most events fun. Transformice would get a bit boring in my opinion if events were removed altogether. I'm satisfied with 2-3 week events. Not too long, not too short. I didn't like one week events cause I feel they were too rushed and it was very difficult to earn any prizes available only that week. Now that there are 2-3 week events, I'm good with that. Now I feel there's plenty of time, less stress.

True, some events are boring, but others are fun. In my opinion, the one-week events went uphill one week, downhill the next, but then back uphill. But earning tickets from certain things, feathers from shaman saves and flags from racing, I feel they encourage more players to actually play the game. I wish there was a currency from playing Defiliante, though. I feel there's hardly ever any people there. In fact, in the mornings, I can't play Defiliante most of the time because I'm literally the only mouse there until later in the day. Not every single morning in my timezone, but most. (Yes, I'm an earlybird.)

Most of the time I really only play during events. I am a Vanilla mouse and those maps are NEVER updated anymore which is sad. If they removed events then I'd probably just end up quitting, which I don't want to do.

I think events should stay because, many people love to get different titles. I mean, we always see the same titles so, events titles are specials. (Sorry for my bad english). But at the same time, i think that there are many fun things to do, such a survivor, minigames and talking. I just /nosupport about events will left. ~R.I.P~

The Children's Day Event is up to 3 weeks now

Now that's debatable if you like the events or not but i don't mind the events even tho some people do it incorrectly, So i would go with the no Statement.

I really hate the two-week events. It's too much to compete for, and to get all the prizes you would have to play 24/7. I like the old month-long events, but I wouldn't want to remove events completely.

No. Just because you hate events doesn't mean they have to be removed.

I'm fine with 2-weeks event actually, but I really dislike the fact that we only get one ticket... It's a nice idea, but what if I want consumables and can't buy them becouse of the prices?
I just wish they would readd the consumables for event completion...

And they should also add the cheese thing also, because now that we need to waste 30k cheese on furs, it would be easier with the cheese things... It's like getting +1 cheese every half an hour, but still helps a lot in gaining cheese!

As long as they're not added back, I'm going to be very unhappy:/

Its a lot harder for newer players to get all of the tickets for the new rewards, since you need to complete a lot of maps just for the rewards.
Before, completing one map gained you a title (e.g. in easter 2013, you got the title Chocovore if you gathered one egg, which in most cases was easy to do) . Whereas now you have to complete it 10+ times just to get that one title (e.g. in easter 2016, you needed 10 of the tickets just to get the title Little Bell.)

With the weekly events, i feel as if people don't appreciate the events as much anymore. Since there were only really 5 main events a year, people really looked forward to them, and it made them special. Whereas now, there's a event every 1-2 weeks, so they are more frequent, thus loosing the appeal. What put me off the current events was how disastrous some of them were, like the piloting event, which relied on teamwork to win at; if you had a troll/ someone who didn't know what they were doing on your team, you weren't going to win.

While it would be nice if the events went back to how they were before, some of the ideas for the new events have been quite creative, and I like the concepts for them. Its also nice having something available to do all year round, in comparison to before where there were only really events for christmas, valentines, easter, fishing and halloween

I agree that some of the events could be better, but I dislike the idea of removing events completely.

They're getting p annoying.

We should def remove them because i'm tired of trying to earn a badge every week or so. We need the old event system where events were only on holidays or special occasions.
