I am trying to think of a new way to rank people in my tribe rather than just letting them pick whichever they want. I wish I could do it by level, but you can't see people's level unless they are online. I'm also not the most active leader so sadly I cant keep up with who invites who else and how often anyone is on. Any ideas with those things in mind?

Letting them pick whichever rank they want isn't necessarily a bad thing, provided that permissions are similar between ranks and only tribe leaders have the ability to kick, change ranks, etc. Alternatively you could try promoting some active, trusted members to a sub-leader rank so they can manage ranking people by level or activity. If you don't have too many members you could also track their levels by using micetigri, for example.
