hey guys im make my utility and I wanted commands !s but it did not work and so other commands did not work

Try /room #utility0Kraljina2. After you enter that room, you should be able to use these commands. Commands won't work if you're in a room that doesn't have your name in it. (Example: #utility).

I just found out..

Utility works well if you do it this way and type this in the chat :
./room #utility0(your name)

But it doesn't seem to work in the tribe house when you do,
./module utility

(The module loads but doesn't seem to have everyone as default admins)

Are you sure you typed it /room #utility0Kraljina2 ?
