Halloween
Christmas
Valentine's Day
Easter
New Year's
Carnaval de Rio
Saint Patrick's Day
Epiphany
Dragon

There are many in the lua events category also, but I believe you get the picture. Ramadan would not feel really out of place.

Wouldn't hurt having another religious event added in a game. To note that muslims don't celebrate Christmas and Easter but are still forced to have those kinda events here.
Viewing their side would give much more meaning than going 'everyone celebrates christmas!!' or something from that sort.

Not to be mean or anything though, but it just shows the ignorance coming from people when they go 'we don't need religious events' when in fact many of those events listed here are christian and catholic based while there's always going to be a portion of the community that is different than half of what the playerbase is.

I don't think we should segregate the game like that, the events should be for everyone, I suppose. I didn't enjoy the polish independence day for example too, but I played it.

Great point, and I agree with the OP! There should be an inclusion of other holidays celebrated around the world as it not only makes those who celebrate enjoy the game more, but it also provides more ideas for the developers to pick from when creating new events.

As far as limiting it to their respective communities, I don't agree. We could all do with recognizing other cultures and their holidays a bit more.

I believe for some obvious but not well-meaning reasons TFM would not implement a muslim-related event, but if the community wants to push things, you can start by creating and submitting a lua event, that might have more chances to be accepted. The better made it is, the more chances it would have. Has such a fan-made event been suggested? I don't go to the suggestions section often.

idk how that makes me islamophobic

im a muslim myself and i support the idea for making the event but only if limited to arabic communities as most communities don't have any knowledge of this religious month (and as mentioned by Kecske111 if this happened they'd have to stop holding christian events in arabic servers)

i wouldn't mind for the event to be introduced to every community but then you'd have to deal with a stupid amount of islamophobia coming from english servers and will probably be unmoderated judging by the current state of the game
