Am I the only one who is wondering this?
Because the old name IS still something the tribe leader thought of with his/her creativity. What if the name referred to a certain real life group of friends? That is a name that shouldn't be re-used, and that should be kept as a group name strictly to those friends.
But there are also names that are really simple and should be re-used.

Maybe an option for the name to be re-usable or not before the tribe is renamed?
