Hello, I noticed when I logged in today that I don't own the panda fur anymore.
Proof that I have owned the fur:

Now it is not in my inventory, it shows that I have to buy it.


Same with my badges, it is not there anymore.


Can anyone tell me what is going on? Could it be a bug?
If that helps, I have been gifted the fur and I think the person uses Steam sometimes. Is that somehow relevant? They bought the fraises and did not use any glitch or another way to get the fraises for free.

they said that they were gifted by a user that uses steam

it may be a glitch because of the steam fraud incident. were you prompted with a message that said the fur was removed from your account when you logged in?

I figured out this is the reason why I lost that fur, that person indeed got banned. Thank you for enlightening me! m(_ _)m

It appears that a user that gifted you some furs has been banned for fraudulent use of payment. Therefore, those furs have been removed from your account.
I just got this message.. and checked the furs I lost and one of them I bought with fraises I actually purchased from steam

Coincidentally i also got that message when 2 of my friends' main accounts were banned for this reason. Which most of my furs were removed with the exception of the red velvet fur and the beige color.
