Whenever I try to whisper/tc, it gives me a message " You can not talk for now. " http://prntscr.com/bbrbcz

Only whisper and tc aren't working, room chat is working, friendlist and tribe are working too. (not signs of a mute, nor a platform problem)

The community platform could have crashed, give it some time to fix itself.
