This has been happening since around May 27.

I always have silence enabled so as not to get so many annoying whispers from random people.
However, every few hours, silence suddenly turns off without signs, and then random people, who are of course not in friendlist, are able to whisper me.
Although the same thing happens when the community platform restarts, this is not connected with that.
Anyway, this is really annoying. Unstable server must be causing it.

I've been experiencing the same issue too. It's really annoying to receive messages you don't want in whispers.

I'm tired of ignoring them since I always see them.

I also get whispers from mice who are not on my list of friends while I have /silence on.

This has happened to me. I silenced, logged out, logged in a minute later, and I received whispers from non friends in late March.

It happened cuz /silence resets when you log out. So you have to do /silence every time you log in if you want to keep blocking whispers.

the bug goes on whether im on /silence or /silence*

A bug which Hiisaan has reported must be causing this one.
Each time that bug occurs every few mins to an hour, /silence also stops blocking whispers from random people.
