Question- Should there be an search thing for threads?

I felt like suggesting this because when making threads on off topic or others, you'll want to search up the thread to see if it exist or not. If it doesn't you feel free to create that thread.
This reason is because when people make an thread, it already exist so they probably wasted their time creating that thread.

So, when people want to make threads, they don;t know if they exist or not. If we had the thread searcher they can search up the thread they wanted to make. If it exist they can't make it. If it does not exist they can make it.
