Today I logged on Transformice and saw that the fur that I was gifted a few months ago was gone. I looked through the fur section and saw that I didn't own it and in fact, I had to buy it with 6000 cheese. It was there yesterday in my "Owned Accessories" section. Is this a bug or something? Does anyone else have this problem?

So his/her own items doesn't disappear?

The ones who got gifted with any kind of items from the shop gets removed. The reason is that some players used steam to get fraises for free and gift to other people.

I think it's specifically because of steam fraud. Not just only by "steam".. if only by "steam" probably my customizations would be gone too.

But do they keep their own items they bought with the steam fraud or does it disappear as well?

I gifted the snowfur to a friend of mine and she is having the same problem with it not being owned anymore. Is there anyway she can get it back, she still has the badge. Before you accuse me no I did not commit steam fraud these fraises were legitimately payed for and other cosmetics and furs i have gifted to the same person are still "owned". Is there any way we can get TFM staff to look into this, tried submitting a contact ticket already...

If they committed steam fraud, all the stuff they bought with fraises, for themselves and other will be gone, and the person who committed it will be banned. You should of also got a pop up saying you would be missing some items in your inventory upon logging in, but you could have missed it.
