The game doesn't connect after typing your password/trying to log in as guest and gives the connection was interrupted page.
Other Egyptians (I'm not sure if all.) also seem to be having this problem, this started to occur around 1:00 PM (GMT+2). Other games like Bouboum login fine but disconnect after ~5 minutes.

Is there an IP which we can tracert to or something? Thanks in advance

Side note I can also connect from VPNs fine.. I doubt it's an ISP issue.

At July 2, quite a few japanese players had the connection issue very similar to the one said above.

Some players reported the same problem in the AR forums.

That's not what i meant.

That IP will get banned if any of the other users of the same IP use it to hack or farm or to unban an account.

We've checked our tables, and we don't have any large IP bans on any of our servers. I don't know what might cause this.

Please keep posting here if you encounter troubles for connecting. Each message you post, we can see your IP, maybe we'll be able to figure out a pattern. If you can also add what ISP you use, that'd help.
