Not getting any fraises from videos? + Fraise fragments not appearing in inventory?

Hi, I'm not getting any fraises from the ads in the shop, and the remaining fraise fragments don't appear in my inventory.

So, what happens is, I click the video ad, and at the end of the video it says that I have won one fraise, but I never get a TFM popup telling me that I have received it. And it never appears in the shop. Can this be fixed soon? Is anyone else having the glitch? I'll take a screenshot when I'm able to watch another video ad.

I'll try disabling AdBlock, but it's weird because the ads still appear even with AdBlock on. I live in the USA as well, and it only worked once :/ (my adblock was on at the time)

Just watched a video, the same thing happened with me.

Guys- give this time. It's a new feature which is still in testing- so it's bound to have some bugs. I'm sure they'll have this worked out soon!

Actually, please keep reporting your issues with the video system here, so we can monitor the errors better.

It is indeed in its early stages, so we are working hard to fix everything. Please include your country and browser when reporting.

I disabled adblock and it still wasn't working yesterday.
Today I was on all day but didn't get an ad unfortunately at all.

My country is Hungary
Browser is chrome.

Does this only work on browser mode? (I highly doubt so anyway)
I've asked multiple people who use standalone and none have seen them yet.
I live in the USA (though i don't think it matters since i haven't come across it yet)

Didn't see any ads. Browser Google Chrome, adblock not installed and my country is Ukraine.

I've tried several times, i get to watch to video it says that I "Won one fraisie" but i don't get any fragments, or farisies in the shop or inventory. I use Google Chrome, no adblock instaled and i live in the Czech republick.

When you watch a video the fraise fragment doesn't pop up in the inventory, but so far I've gotten 2 fraises by watching the videos randomly. For each fraise fully I probably watched a good 6-7 ads.(Possibly more, I didn't keep track)

wait? this is a thing now?
i... haven't even seen the ads and i played for about half an hour to an hour yesterday.
i live in the united states and i use google chrome.
if it matters, i have adblock on, but someone above me said it worked with adblock on so idk???

I use google Chrome and the fraise videos appear at least twice a day for me. Today, i watched 4 videos, and in total i've watched about 10 videos. I haven't gotten anything in either my inventory or shop.

- Disabling Adblock has not effect on the ads
- Currently videos can only be played via the browser version, no standalone
- We've disabled fragments for launch, you get a full fraise directly in your shop count, not in your inventory
- Only a handful of countries are supposed to see the video ribbon in the shop, that's why I'm interested in your country if you see it
- It can take some time after the first opening of the shop to see the ribbon
