Hey people. Today I opened Transformice like everyday, it felt "weird" somewhat laggy, even though my ping was the usual, about 100-110 ms. It didn't worry me much. Anyway, I use the browser version, on Firefox. When I opened another tab though, I noticed I could no longer click with my mouse on any of the game's buttons. The only recent change in my system I can think of is the fact that today morning, Mozilla Firefox notified me it had auto-updated itself (cursed automatic updates). So, I can only assume this is what causes this problem. I removed all the TFM and Atelier cookies, I cleaned my browser's cache, no change. I uninstalled and reinstalled the Flash Plugin, nothing. I tried the game on Google Chrome and the problem did not occur, even when I opened other tabs etc, I could still use my cursor's left click to click on the menu butttons etc. Any solution or ideas to try are welcome.

If you haven't already, try reseting your browser. Otherwise I do not know.

That's a lot of trouble, I have customized it and its many extensions too much. But I can make a backup of all the extensions and settings and try that, eventually. If nothing else changes, I might resort to that.

Pretty certain the lag symptom on Mozilla has been for a quite a longer while since due to one of their recent updates I have gotten some disappointing gameplay which wasn't before occurring to me.

I cleared the flash plugin's cache, but nothing happened. I remember this problem has appeared before, possibly after a firefox update, again. It's really frustrating when you can\t left click if you open a second tab. Anyway, I will uninstall the plugin again, then restart the pc and install it fresh tomorrow, to see if it changes anything. The frustrating part is I can't find any mention of my problem on google, on adobe's help, on mozilla's, nowhere... I can't believe I am the only one ever having it!

EDIT: I tried a clean installation of the flash plugin as I said, no change. I also tried disabling all my extensions, again nothing.

It seems we either have to somehow install the previous Firefox version, or wait for the next update. I don't see any other immediate solution on the horizon, sadly.

Firefox 55.0.2 let me left click, but the mouse wheel is messed up, it's really hard to control it and scroll up and down in menus, the worst effect of this is when I try to choose shaman items... I am trying an even older version now, let's hope. Also, no matter what, I can't stop Firefox from automatic updates, it's frustrating. But that's not TFM's fault, obviously.

Edit: I tried 55.0, the mouse wheel is still "fast and furious". Oh well, I can manage for now, I could try even earlier versions later. I curse flash player and company wars, we the users pay the price.
