The tutorial has just appeared again after I got access to the forest camp
When I got into the forest camp the quest was to kill 25 infected zombies then I disconnected and reconnect and found that the quest has changed to "approaching a zombie to automatically kill them" I left the camp and went to kill a zombie and the tutorial continued.
