![]() (Image by Jaackster) Hello! Welcome to user created guide for Fortoresse! Play here! This will be updated my myself and Immagetcheez as frequently as possible, but if you notice anything before we do, please dont hesitate to let us know! My post will cover controls and game modes, while Immagetcheez will cover shop and weapon details, so please to go the second post if that is what you are looking for. This post was last updated on 11/06/2014 @ 6:08AM GMT-5 In this new game by Atelier801, you are a solider who's main goal to shoot the other players while completing the objective of the map. Shoot and fight your way through and make it to the top! (There is currently no profile in-game) -------------- Controls The controls for this game are nearly identical to the controls for Transformice, with a few extras: Up arrow or W or Z: Jump Left Arrow or A: Run left Right Arrow or D: Run right Down arrow or S: Duck (reduces damage by 20%) Mouse click: Fire Weapon (holding the click keeps the weapon firing) E: Reload ammo G: Battle Stance (no effect) 1+2: Hotkeys to swtch between first and second weapons Scroll wheel: Switch between Weapons You may be familiar with the conjure maps on transformice, and the conjure ability makes it way into Fortoresse that anyone can use. To use it, hold down space/ctrl/shift (pick whichever is better for you) and drag your mouse (without clicking anything) in the area in which you want to it appear. It should look like this: ![]() This can useful in getting over a crowded area by going above it, or putting it in front of you to make a protective barrier and shield you from gunfire. It only takes one bullet to destroy a created block, so place it wisely. -You can also shoot the blocks already pre-loaded on the map and they will be destroyed as well. -------------------------------------------------- Gameplay Modes/Objectives Capture the Flag Capture the flag in Fortoresse is generally the game as any other game that features this game type. People in the room are divided into two teams, the Red Team and the Blue Team. You are on the same team every round unless you leave the room and come back, and it alternates which team is attacking and which team is defending. Attacking: ![]() When you are on the attacking team, it is your goal to stand by the flag base and rack up the percentage from 0% to 100% while fending off the defending team. The percentage number at the bottom will also have two swords by it, as shown. The percentage increases by 5% every few seconds someone on the attacking team is near it. If you get the percentage to 100% before time runs out, you win! Defending: ![]() When you are on the defending team, it is your goal to make sure the attacking team does not take over the base on which your flag is located. The percentage starts off at 100% and as the attacking team takes over the base, it will eventually fall to 0%. The percentage number will have a shield around it to show you are defending the flag. As before, the percentage falls by 5% when the attacking team is taking over. If you manage to keep the percentage above zero before times runs out, you win! Domination In Domination, the objective is to kill all the players on the opposing team until there are no more players alive on the other team. But beware, you only have one life, and still 40 HP. If you get killed, you will have to wait the rest of the match until one of the teams wins. This game mode can be found under the menu in its own section ![]() Protect the VIP In this game mode, one player on each team will be designated as the "target." Your goal as a team is to find the target on the enemy team and take them out, while defending your own target from being killed at the same time. The opposing teams target will have a crosshair under them while your target will have a sheild under them, and the symbols stay along the sides of the map if they are off the screen. The first team to kill the ther teams target will be declared the winner. -The VIP now has 200HP -Players will respawn at where their respective VIP is located |

BUYING --- ![]() Potatoes, the currency for Fortoresse: Welcome to Part Two of this guide. Reading over the last terrible guide I made, I noticed a lot of mistakes. My english isn't that great, so please correct me if anything's wrong! If you want tips and help about potatoes and the armory, just take a glance here. The armory is located on your menu and comes up in bright yellow text. You can change your skin and weapon #1; #2 right here, buying everything with potatoes you earn from kills and wins. There are new features like hair and other outfits. This doesn't make you look like a generic creepy clone of some apocalyptic army from the distant future! Here is how to access your armory; it's right below on the menu, in yellow text. ![]() STANDARD MAP --- ![]() Here are some pointers on things to look out for on a map. ![]() Some pointers on the task bar at the bottom of your game screen. MORE POTATOES --- Are there fraises? Currently, no. But we have our old link-a-friend system. The currency listed is Hazelnuts from Boumboum, but you will be receiving potatoes. How does this work? If you give a friend the link to Fortoresse you see in this window, you'll get +1 potato. ![]() CHARACTER ---- Here is where you can change your character's look. There is both female and make choices. There are currently no classes, but they are to be added soon. There are perks, though. To change your character (if you have enough potatoes), just buy the using the appropriate character slot. You can change between any character you own. WEAPON --- All listings of current weapons can be found here: http://atelier801.com/topic?f=8&t=661038 There are two slots of weapons. Right now, most of you have default which is a machine gun and a normal hang gun. You can change between these two at any time. Press e to reload. Dernière modification le 1402770060000 |
