For those of you who don't know what the Café is, it's an in-game version reminiscent of the old flash forum, although with less functionality. It's also server/game-specific.

I'm curious what people think of this addition; will the ease to edit it cause untold spam outdoing and good it will bring? Or does it add a nice way to have little conversation with others, without needing to be online at the same time?

I think it's actually pretty cool
although many people intend to spam it.

I don't really think it was necessary when we already have much better, functional forums. Sure the Café is a pretty cool idea but at the same time doesn't really seem like it was thought through and executed poorly.

The only thing I can see this useful for is posting "status updates" and such.. I don't really consider Transformice a social media site and I really hope it doesn't turn into one..

I don't think it's really needed. We need more activity in the Official Atelier801 Forum, never mind the Cafe.

The "Cafe" can serve the purpose of a mini-forum when this forum is down.

Flash forums are much better.

It's actually the original in-game flash forums from when Transformice was only in French and not completely translated into any other language I believe.
