Team of course, that's why the A.I. in games fail to kill the player (there is another reason) .

The Benefits

Perks make your primary weapon a lot more powerful
e.g The perk 'Rage', increases the damage of everyone (yourself, teammates, & enemies) in its radius by approximately 15% for 10 seconds.

Secondary weapon does not have a limit so it could be reloaded infinite amount of times. It is normally used after the primary weapon can't be reloaded anymore, therefore it is more powerful than a primary weapon.

Your team can be very important which also includes "you". Most people say that 'if your team is better than other team, you would obviously win the match'.

All of them are important, but since my style of play is not based on team at all, i think... I'm going for perks. Shelter saved me many times, same as Mine.
