CHAPTER 1 ~ Vibrating grounds

"Life is an illusion," those words echoed in my head over and over again.They were familiar,however,I couldn't grasp any meaning in them at all.Just another ordinary morning,slightly cloudy,but still pretty warm.I took a last bite of my cheese and prepared to go outside on my daily chase.Something didn't feel right,the air was really dense.I threw all yesterday's thoughts away and skipped outside to vanilla.
"There goes a mouse,there goes another," I quietly mumbled to myself,already in the hole.A new map came on while the bell rang,however,something was strange.The ground vibrated somehow.I wasn't sure if anybody else could feel it,but I did.I tried to ignore it as I ran towards the cheese.Each time my paw touched the ground I felt as I was getting hit by mini electric bolts,it dorve me crazy.The words echoed in my head once again.now,as if the mouse who spoke to me was right beside me,as in very loud.That startled me and got me to fall.

I felt like I was falling endlessly.I wonder what even happened.After another few maps and a shaman turn I skipped away,back to the goth-esque tribe house of ours.Luckily,it was quiet there.No vibrations,no dense air,nothing.I grabbed a book and started flipping through the pages in search after my last stop.
