Do you have to know people in the tribe to join? If you have all the other questions down, but not hat one, will ur application still be denied?

Unfortunately if you do not meet the friend requirement your application will be denied as it is the most important requirement.

If you have friends in the tribe that would reccomend you, I'd say to go for it and apply.
