If her account has a verified email adress then that way she can change password. If she happens to not have one then the only option is contact a mod.

Hello, like Essme#9709 said, there are two methods dealing with the situation.

1. She already linked an email address with the account
She can go to here and double check that the username (with #xxxx) (I believe she is Cheypie565#5007) and email entered are correct. The system will then send a 5 characters verifying code to the email address. Simply input the received verifying code, followed by entering the new password and confirm it.

2. She did not link an email address with the account
There is no way to recover the account by herself, she will need to fill in the contact form to contact the admins. Here is the guide on how to use the form. She should choose "password lost" category in this case. As a reminder, please use English to write the form or it may be neglected otherwise. Normally, she will receive a reply in 14 days after filling in the form.
