Not to be stupid, but why can't i chat in the Cafe?

A new requirement was put in place recently that you need 1000 gathered cheese to be able to post on the Cafe. You can find a discussion about this requirement in this thread.


You need to have over 1000 gathered cheese and 30 hours played to be able to post on café. The amount of gathered cheese needed used to be 400
