it just keeps being exploited by nerds on proxy mass deleting topics on multiple accounts, it doesnt matter how many dumb and arbitrary requirements you come up with, it just makes it harder for people to access the forum, the -10 will NEVER be used for what it is intended, i doubt most newcomers stays long enough in order to access it, i bet they drop the game as soon as they see the hackers, they wouldnt stay for the social aspect of the game since there is none
