The Koitern was once a dangerous, savage dictator, and madman that even the likes of Atanti-ql-Paneu feared, at one point even waging genocide on about 1/3 of the reptile's countrymen. After it slaughtered a tenth of the multiverse, the All-Mighty released a flood which destroyed many of the most feared threats to Multiverse Anomaly. While the Koitern survived, its being was split into multiple different entities throughout the fixed multiverse.
