040 JP also known as "There was a cat" is one of the most powerful SCP in existance, vastly surpassing 343 (All-Mighty), with some suggesting it could be a threat even to Swann Entities. The cat exists as a strange type of virus and was once able to affect some Swann entities, eventually managing to infect all of Japan's humans in the Alpha Layer.
