It has been quite a long time (2 + 1/4 years approximately) since i had created this thread for the purpose of pursuit of knowledge. Through this thread, All of us dear members have really learnt a lot, I inclusive.

How did God existed before he existed as a man?

actually that falls in a religious topic but im ready to help.. it says in the bible that before the earth was created there was total darkness and the spirit of god hovered over it.. so maybe god existed only in a spiritual form before taking a true human form.. hope i helped

Question: Why is volume not called area and area not called volume :o

see actually volume = space occupied by a body..
and area = the space occupied by the body on a 2d surface like paper.. so actually if u go to see
volume = area but only for 2d objects such as square,rectangle,triangle... but for cylinder, cone , cube, cuboid , pyramid , etc. volume is not area.. bcos they are 3d objects and they cannot be represented on paper properly (which is 2d)

Tell me about more sub atomic particles than bosons , gluons and photons.

ok this is gonna be a big one..... we know that there are about more than 83 subatomic particles discovered or probably more (we havent found sub atomic particles that are hidden in dark matter) should i tell u about all 83 ones or just the prominent ones???

......... particle physics is the study of matter and its constituents (all 83 subatomic particles are studied here) lets begin with quarks then..
1.quark - there are 6 types of quarks namely up quark , down quark , charm quark , top quark , bottom quark and strange quark. now quark is an elementary particle we dont know wt its structure is made up of. quarks of diff types combine to form hadrons (proton is one of them its made from two up quarks and 1 down quark)
so proton = hadron . A quark can never be seen alone it has to be in combination with something..(theres a name for this phenomenon i dont know the name) it has to be in a hadron , etc.... i know that up and down quark have the lowest mass of all (not sure if they both have equal mass though) and the remaining four quarks change into up and down quark through a process of decay(idk wts the name of the process) bcos of this up and down quarks are the most common quarks... i dont know much about other remaining 4 quarks but i know that they are mostly found in cosmic rays of space maybe.. and maybe can be created in particle accelerators.. and for every quark there is an antiquark ( antiparticle of quark... having same properties and magnitude but opposite sign)... bo..th quarks and antiquarks interact with electromagnetism, gravitation , weak and strong interaction and are the only elementary particles to do so.. those four interactions are called fundamental interactions... thats all for quarks (refer wikipedia for more details... cos im not a machine)

(continued) 2.leptons they are elementary particles and they do not experience strong interactions ( electron is a lepton) we know that there are 2 types of leptons they are a.electron-like leptons and b.neutral leptons (neutrinos fall in this type)... electron like leptons combine to form various composite particles like atoms.. and neutrinos rarely interact with anything and are not seen commonly..

life.... wt a word! actually if u go to see all individuals existing on the face of the earth are unique , so naturally every1s point of view towards the meaning of life would be different . As for me , the meaning of life is to live it to the fullest.. make use of every moment i breathe and never mourn over the past.. thats it.. i hope i helped u in some way to find ur meaning of life..
