That Co2 and Oxygen both are present in Air so maybe the answer is Air

1. Nothing or Energy ( Could be any of those two. Reason : Nothing is nowhere, but also everywhere.. but when something exists nothing simply cannot exist or Energy came out of nothing [I know im defying the first law of thermodynamics but its the only thing i could think of i.e if one believes in the big bang only) and since energy has been converted from one form to another it is now present everywhere but when something that is 'matter' exists energy cannot occupy that space.. this explains why dark matter and dark energy do not occupy a union of space)

3. i think that could be an organism called Planaria because when you cut it anyhow.. a new planaria comes out of the cut parts... or it could be a hole...
4. Well i don't know this one.. i tried but it could be poverty or nothing..
