No it is a group effort !So you start out as stooge and sometimes go for the highest rank but they have to do something realy good like on the forums you maybe hel someone out and tell someone how do do something if they are stuck!I never start them out like tht !But say that they have a done something like annoied someone to the point they all left you would get ranked down or loos a prilage!
