Description

Celousco was supposed to be an online multiplayer Real vs Realm. On a gigantic map, hundreds of players would've need to fight over a fortress on the behalf of one of the three clans – The Otter, the Scorpion and the Deer. One clan would have to defend the fortress against the two other clans’ attacks.

History

Melanie Christin and Jean-Baptiste Le Marchand wanted to provide a new type of experience to their community. As Atelier801’s games centres on communication and cooperation, they wanted to realize a new game depending on these elements. They tried to add the idea of a PvP game in which players would have to confer with others, construct a strategy together and join forces to win the game.

Features

• A gigantic map randomly generated made of diverse environments (ice, forest, desert and more).
• Personalization of the character with power orbs. Players will only be able to equip a limited number of powers orbs. Plus, they will be active depending on the player’s clan position (attack or defense).
• In-game chat and Community Platform. Players could've discuss while playing with their opponents in the room and with their friends even if they’re playing another Atelier 801’s game.
• Cel-shading design.
