I think there should be a register button on forums.Instead of making an account using Transformice you can do forum's to make an account too.

They're asking if they could make accounts on the forums, not make an account for the forums.
Since an atelier801 account is able to connect on all of the services atelier801 provices, they're asking if they could make an atelier801 account via from the forums instead from the games.
And if you still don't understand let me reverse it: the only option to make an atelier801 account is from the games so they're asking if they can make an atelier801 account from the forums.
