Hi,

I've been trying to change my name, and when I attempt to verify my email so I can do so, I never get the emails. I've double checked to be sure its nothing to do with my internet, and I've refreshed multiple times. I've even tried different browsers. Is there a way I can fix this?

apparently this issue was supposed to be fixed, but it wasn't.

Yes, its hotmail.

I'm not sure how to use another email without changing it, which it is also asking for a validation code, which I am ALSO not receiving. So if anyone knows a way to change the email without the verification code, I could definitely use it.

the only other way to change your email without a verification code is to contact the admins here providing at much info as possible that you own the account. you can use the email change tab here to help you. it takes the admins around 2 weeks to reply, and if they don't, message a moderator (yellow) or a sentinel (green) and they'll get an admin's attention for you.

Nope, it's an on-going bug. The email just isn't sending period.

The server will likely be fixed before n admin will email you back, so just be patient.
